Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credit adjustments work for seedance 2.1 subscriptions and credit packs.

Subscriptions

Subscription refunds are reviewed case by case. A recent purchase may qualify for a refund when usage is minimal and the request is made promptly after purchase.

Credit Packs

One-time credit pack refunds are reviewed case by case. Used credits and completed generations are generally not refundable.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a system or provider error, credits may be returned automatically. If credits are not returned, contact support with the generation ID so we can review it.

How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@seedance-21.app with:

  • Your account email.
  • Purchase date and amount.
  • Order or checkout reference if available.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Relevant generation IDs for failed tasks.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment processor timelines may vary.
