Service

seedance 2.1 provides web-based AI video and image generation tools. Configured workflows may include Seedance 2.1 display mode, Seedance 2 Fast, GPT Image 2, and GPT Image 2 Edit. Generation capabilities, model availability, output formats, and pricing may change as providers and the service change.

Accounts and Credits

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The service uses credits. Each generation consumes credits based on model, resolution, duration, input type, image quality, and credit usage.
• Credit estimates are shown before generation, but final handling may depend on task success, provider response, and service policy.
• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are subject to the pricing page and checkout terms shown at purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute illegal content, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, non-consensual impersonation or deceptive deepfakes, hateful or harassing content, malware, spam, phishing, fraud, or content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

User Content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and generated outputs you create or submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Generated output may be affected by provider terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The seedance 2.1 name, site design, software, and brand assets are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or misuse them without permission. If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, contact support@seedance-21.app.

Third-Party Providers

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure, payment, storage, authentication, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for outages, model behavior, or limitations caused by third-party services.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
